Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission – financial reporting requirements

The Assistant Treasurer has released for consultation draft regulations and accompanying explanatory material outlining the proposed financial reporting requirements applying to charities registered with the ACNC.

The Government wants to draw on the expertise and experience of the NFP sector and reporting experts in formulating financial reporting regulations.  Feedback is sought on the content and application of the draft regulations.
