Ticket Resale Information Standard

The Australian Government has released for consultation a proposed Information Standard for ticket resales. The Information Standard will require ticket resale websites to disclose the face value of tickets, and to disclose the fact that the website is not a primary ticket seller. This will implement a decision of the Legislative and Governance Forum on Consumer Affairs. Consultation will close on 14 February 2020.
