Corporations Amendment (Water Trading Exemptions) Regulation 2013 amends the Corporations Regulations 2001 to ensure that tradeable water rights and arrangements in relation to tradeable water rights are excluded from the definition of a derivative in Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act 2001.
