National register of foreign ownership of water access entitlements

The Government is seeking views on the proposed implementation of a national register of foreign ownership of water access entitlements. The proposed register will enhance transparency about the level of foreign ownership in water access entitlements in Australia and assist in informing the Government and the community about emerging investment trends.
