Resolution of Small Business Disputes

This consultation was run by the then Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research as part of the Small Business portfolio policy functions which have since been transferred to the Treasury.

The purpose of this options paper was to seek stakeholder views on four options for a national dispute resolution service for small business. The paper sets out options based on existing research as well as the concerns raised by stakeholders.
