The Government has released for public consultation an exposure draft of legislation of legislation relating to roll-overs to self managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) and the accompanying explanatory material.
This measure will implement one of the Government's Stronger Super reforms relating to the SMSF sector. As part of this measure, roll-overs to SMSFs will be captured as a designated service under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
